Mediation - ADR

Gerald Bishop has been a Registered Domestic Relations Mediator in Indiana since 1991 and Civil Mediator since 1993.  Having conducted over 2,500 mediations by appointment of Federal and State Courts, including the Indiana Supreme Court, he regularly serves as a law school and seminar speaker on the topics of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation.

A Charter Member in Indiana of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Bishop is a former Chair of the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education charged with overseeing Mediator Qualification and registration in the State. He has served multiple terms as a District Delegate to the ADR Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and remains  active and in demand in all areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including early neutral evaluation, pre-suit Mediation, Mediation, and Arbitration.

Gerry Bishop has extensive experience in tort, personal injury, construction, business, contract and government litigation.  Highly successful in facilitating agreements, Bishop has mediated a wide variety of civil disputes to resolution, from modest disputes to multi-million dollar claims.
